How long do I have to sign up for?
Our leases are month-to-month so you can choose how long you store your belongings at one of our facilities.

When can I get to my unit?
Our locations at Bluffton, Hardscrabble, Sparkleberry and Myrtle Beach allow access 24 hours 7 days a week.

How much notice do you require before I move out?
We ask for a 10 day written notice before you intend to vacate.

Do you offer a mover?
No, we do not offer a mover. However, each of locations can highly recommend several moving companies to contact.

How can I make a payment?
You can stop by the facility from which you are renting and make a payment or you can go onto our website and create a unique account and make payments on line using your credit card. You can also opt to have payments automatically taken out of your account every month. Payments by mail and over the phone are also accepted.

What sizes do you have and how much do they cost?
Bluffton offers sizes ranging from 3x3 – 10x40 with Boat & RV parking options.
Hardscrabble offers sizes ranging from 3x3 –20x35 with Boat, RV & vehicle parking.
Sparkleberry offers sizes ranging in 5x5 – 10x35 with Boat, RV and vehicle parking.
Myrtle Beach offers sizes ranging from 5x5 – 12x30 with Boat & RV Parking.

How do I calculate how much storage space to rent?
We have provided a storage calculator on our website. All you have to do is include everything you will be storing and click Calculate. The calculator will generate the best size for you to rent.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, checks, cash and money orders.

Do you sell supplies?
Yes. You may find all of your storage supplies needs at each of our locations. We offer different size boxes, tape, packing material and more.

Do you have storage space for Boats, RVs or other vehicles?
Yes. All of our locations allow for Boats, RVs and other vehicles.

Do you offer services for both household and business customers?
Yes. Both household and business customers are welcome to store in all of our facilities. We offer business workstations, fax and copy services at our Bluffton, Hardscrabble and Myrtle Beach Locations. All four of our facilities also offer climate controlled and regular units.

Do you have moving trucks available?
Yes. All four of our facilities offer a FREE moving truck on move-in. Call your local facility for availability and details regarding the moving truck.

Do you have video cameras?
Yes. All of our facilities have state of the art security features including cameras on the premises.

Can anyone drive onto the property or do you need a pin?
No. In order for you to gain access onto the premises, you need to have a pin number.

What is climate control?
Climate control is a feature we offer at all of our locations. This feature helps to protect your belongings from extreme temperatures. This also prevents moisture and mold to accumulate in your storage unit and helps to prolong the life of your belongings.

What is roll up door?
A roll up door is similar to a garage door where it rolls up toward the ceiling. This provides for optimal room when you are moving stuff in and out of the unit. It makes moving easier particularly for big, bulky objects.

What is a drive up unit?
A drive up unit allows you to drive your vehicle directly to your unit door. Drive up units are only available for our regular, non-climate controlled units.

What’s the difference between office hours & gate?
It is best to check with your facility from which you are renting from to obtain office hours. Office hours are specifically set for access to the office and our employees. Sparkleberry, Bluffton, Hardscrabble and Myrtle Beach all offer gate access 24 hours/ 7 days a week. This allows tenants to get to their belongings when it is convenient for them.
